All players must be registered before submitting the form

We strongly suggest you submit the form well in advance of February 28th because...

If the Grade Division fills up and you have players that have not registered, they will not be able to be assigned to your team because...

The Grade Division will be full and slots on your team will be needed for kids that have registered before we were full

Any rosters not properly submitted or submitted before all players are registered will be assessed a $50 administrative fee.  Make sure all players are registered before submitting
