Team Request Spring Procedure

Pre-K thru 2nd Grade Coach Pitch

Teams are created by the Division VPs and mostly based on School

We do allow coaches to form a team from REGISTERED PLAYERS in the following Divisions:

Pre-K - T-Ball  up to 9 players

Kindergarten - Coach Pitch / T-Ball  up to 9 players

1st Grade - Coach Pitch / T-Ball  up to 11 players

2nd Grade - Coach Pitch  up to 11 players

There will be no exceptions to the max number of players listed above as uniforms are pre-ordered in advance

Head coach must secure assistant coaches

February 1st - OPTION TO SUBMIT A ROSTER WILL OPEN UP

February 28th - DEADLINE TO SUBMIT TEAM REQUEST FORM

Each player needs to REGISTER and pay individually BEFORE the head coach submits the roster

Any rosters not properly submitted or submitted before all players are registered will be assessed a $50 administrative fee

Submitted rosters with less than the maximum number of players will be back filled with players to form a full team

We strongly suggest you get all your players registered and submit the form well in advance of February 28th because if the Grade Division fills up and you have players that have not registered, they will not be able to be assigned to your team because the Grade Division will be full and slots on your team will be needed for kids that have registered before we were full
