Skills Day and Draft is for the following age groups:

14u/15u

Skills Day is used to help even out player talent across teams

All players will be assessed by the coaches on fielding and hitting

Players that want to be a pitcher will be assessed on pitching

Each player must bring their own helmet, bat, and glove

If a player cannot attend Skills Day, they will be put on a team by blind draw

Attending Skills Day is not mandatory but highly encouraged

Coaches will draft teams at the end of Skills Day
